September Executive Summary
Website conversions increased from 138 to 146 in September, a modest improvement of 5.8%. Visitors arriving through search results provided most of the growth, even though Google search clicks declined.
The increase was driven mainly by WhatsApp activity. The English and Malay homepages also produced most of the additional conversions from search visitors. However, fewer conversions from social media offset much of that improvement, leaving a small overall gain. For the business, this means the website continued to generate contact activity despite lower Google clicks, with the strongest results coming through the homepages and WhatsApp.
October’s priority is to strengthen those routes: make rental prices and package inclusions clear, keep WhatsApp easy to find, and connect the six new Malay pages to the main rental pages. This will help buyers understand their options and take the next step to contact your team.

Fewer appearances for three of four rental searches
Your pages appeared less often for three commercial rental searches in September, while their average positions stayed within about two places of August. The Cheras rental search appeared more often. This means buyers had fewer chances to see your offer on most of these searches; these figures alone do not tell us whether overall interest changed.
